Deanna has her own vizsla, Etta, who she loves dearly and has dedicated hours of time to help her reactiveness on walks. Etta has improved massively but still requires extra help when out in the big wide world as she becomes easily overwhelmed. Deanna is therefore more than familiar with the extra care needed with managing anxious and reactive dogs and loves to help them feel more confident. She also has two other dogs called Jasper and Teddy.
Deanna also has a wide range of rabbit knowledge, and has owned many of her own. Most of these being rescues with chronic issues, she has nursed and cared for them round the clock both at work and at home. Deanna is extremely passionate about rabbit welfare and advocating their needs.
Izzy has a rescue cat called Peach, who was a hand reared at the practice she worked at. She’s a nervous girl with new people but loves to explore outdoors. Izzy can relate cats in her care to Peach and is keen to keep all cats relaxed and handled respectfully. Her number one priority is to ensure all pets stay content and are never put in a position where they feel stressed or fearful. Izzy also owns two border terriers, Pip and Otis, and has a soft spot for guinea pigs and rats who she has also owned in the past.
